You have to find the brake light wire going to once of the rear tails or the 3 rd brake light. Then you just tap off of there. Check your pm. If you can make it to the Dallas meet this sunday, I'll show you all about it (not to mention you can learn anything you ever wanted to know with the knowledge pool we'll have at the meet).

Yes it comes with the light, but it is not painted. Go to the web site and read the fine print.

I agree with you adidas1532, every time I look at the rear of my car I imagine how nice it will look with a 97+ spoiler on it, I will have one soon... and that is cool that everything comes with it for 125+S/H and you only need to have it painted, not bad at all....
