HELP!!! Need help removing head unit in sc300

i had a an aftermarket head unit single DIN installed in my sc300. i was wondering how you take apart the center console in order to get the headunit and mount out.

thanks a lot guys! i really appreciate it! i never realized it was such a hassle to remove the damn unit...i guess it just makes it harder for thieves or installers

. i plan on installing a new sub to replace the stock one and my component speakers sometime soon. anyone know anything about installing those? thanks!
