Default Dash Trim Renewal

As a result of my SC sitting outside for years the wood trim on the dash and doors has become hazy, for lack of a better term. Are these capable of being brought back to their original luster?

Yes, I took my wood steering wheel from an RX300 to a carpenter, he was able to polish it up and put on another coat of hard clear coat to seal it all up. Looks brand new, he even asked me to bring in the other trim panels to him when I get the chance...
Sadly, that hasn't happened since I'm too scared if removing it would loosen something and cause more rattling...

Thanks CoOI21. Glad to know they can be sanded and polished. I'll have to check the manual to see how the trim comes off the dash. Stay tuned.
