I got the Airbag Warning light coming on...I read the procedure in clearing the code, but it seems like quite a hassle...I would rather take the warning light bulb from the gauge cluster, its faster and easier...

Does the Airbag warning light do anything or effect the airbags in anyway?

 

according to the schematic of the cluster, which is in my hands..... try and clear the code.

 

You're kidding, right? That warning light is obviously there to warn you something is WRONG with the airbag, nevermind, hack away....
