Default Need some help please..

I was on my way to work today and noticed a major gap in my steering as well as a knocking noise coming from the front drivers side. In searching this forum I found a few threads that touch the subject but not in detail. Apparently it has to do with the steering knuckle. Does anyone have an edjucated guess on what it is and how much it will cost? Another question is will it do any damage if I drive the car for the rest of the week?

Hey PCMW a thread you replied to came the closest....
Any suggestions..?

Thanks in advance fellas..

Ok heres the deal...

I called lexus to find out what the problem could be. The service manager there told me that due to the fact that I dropped my car it could throw a lot of things out of alignment including the steering knuckle. The price for the part is around $200 and I was told its not a big job. Does anyone here have a diagram or part list showing that part?

Oh and thanks for the bump ONELASTTRY...
