hey dudes, there's a red SC in this video i made so it counts lol. This was my first time recording a drift event with my race drone and it turned out pretty great. Forgot to post on here because back then i didn't have an SC but since i'm building a drift one now this fits right in. This summer i'll be getting my Part 107 license and drone insurance and hopefully will make tons of these videos. Enjoy!

This is a really dope production, man; I like the music choice. It looks like trying to keep the drivers in the shot creates its own form of "drone tandem" having to anticipate transitions and when they speed up or slow down...definitely doesn't look easy at all.

The SC was really making it look easy, it got 2nd place in the whole competition while the red 1jz 240 got first.

thanks man, this summer i'll be going to a lot more events with my own car so i'll be getting tons more footage like this.

that's what i was going for, i wanted to really get in the door but the turbulent air really tosses the drone around, you can see in some of the slow mo shots how the camera bobs around so much. the 350z with the giant wing was tossing my drone around like crazy, that wing is actually working lol.

awesome footage. it gives drifting a whole new perspective. it boogles my mind how far drone technology has come in such a few years and all the use cases it has. does the drone automatically follow/track the car or is that all you behind the controls? awesome nonetheless

all me, this drone has no technology lol, it's basically just a flying RC car. i built it myself just like most people do with racing drones. i'm flying FPV (first person view) through goggles with a live analog feed from the drone.
