I'm going to upgrade my audio system (starting from vibroisolation). Stock tweeters were small, so I 've to built a new podiums for a new ones anyway. Should I use the old place ( №1, in the door) for them or place them on the front shield pillars? Or this does not matter ( because I bought a DSP).

i would go with the stock place. itll take litte to no mods to put them there and its really a good spot for them

Agreed. In general, you want the tweeters as close to the mids as possible and as close to ear level as possible. The stock location (1) tends to be the best compromise.

If your not going back to stock locations might as well do pillars. I have 7" Scan speak mids in doors, Morel MT250 tweeters in stock tweeter location and pillars with 4" full range mids in them. Couldn't be happier.

That's some really nice stuff you have there, Shane. To get the Scan Speaks in the doors, I assume you replaced the factory enclosure with a flat baffle.
Did you do the pillars yourself? Very well integrated.
