Default Exhaust

I have a stock 97 SC 300 and having exhaust issues, catalytic convert breaking apart inside, don’t have the money to replace the complete exhaust system any suggestion on a simple fix?

you should be able to just replace the converter and not have to replace the entire exhaust system.
