My 95 sc300 only has 42000 miles but the a/c vents have cracks and the seats looked awful. I thought it was the hot south Florida sun until I started reading the forums. The seats were easy because there is not much you can do. I had them redone for $500. The local Lexus dealer charges $600 to replace the center a/c vent. I didn't ask about the passenger vent after hearing about the center. I looked for a dash kit that would cover the a/c vents. Finally found one that covers the center console, doors, speedo and the a/c vents for $200. Check out www.autoaccessorystore.com, they have dash kits in wood, carbon and aluminum. Ask for Igor. Oh yeah, this the first time I have ever done this.
