Hey I have a sc300 1993, it doesn't start nor crank,nothing lights up dash radio AC nothing only the car door light that show when your door is open on the dash. When I turn the key nothing happen I just hear a whirring by the fuel pump I bought a new battery and fuel pump still no solution. Headlights do come on Is it the starter? I check the fuses they are all alright I smack the starter nothing happen! What the problem
