HELP.... back light indicator
It's been on forever now and now i jus cant take it anymore. my rear light indicator is on and i dont have a clue how to shut it off. when i got my body kit i replaced the spoiler and my factory spoiler had the taillight on it. the bulds were already burnt out but but i figured when i removed the lights the indicator would shut off.... now i'm not sure what to do.. the people that installed my kit cut the wires so all i'm left w/ is the positive and negative cables... what can i do to shut off the indicator... i tired wiring up another bulb to send a fake signal back to the source but it didn't do the job. is it looking for a particular signal?? If anyone can give me some useful feedback i'd really appreciated it
Thanks

this MIGHT help?? it's used when you install LED bulbs, since the LED's draw such little current, the 'light out' indicator comes up, by tapping this resistor between the pos and neg cables, it makes the indicator go away, but I wouldn't know if you need at least a little bulb connected to the system or not in your case..

I used both factory light and after market spoiler. When I disconnected the stock light, the warning light come on
. Same with my Supra when I installed after market spoiler brake light into factory spoiler light, warning light also come on but I removed it
