Need help
I have 98 sc400 I just bought that was hacked to $h#@. I would like to see if anyone from forums can help Identify what these wires go to. I'm missing wires from right side abs speed sensor I believe. I've been looking at numerous wiring diagrams. These wire are all next to headlights

Yuck. I find it helps to post additional photos that aren't zoomed in so much, to reference what's going on around it and what's being looked at.
I see you've got a cone filter in there. Is the MAF still in place? If not, that could be part of what was modified wiring-wise.

Maf is in place pics came from phones camera apologize for close ups.I was thinking maybe it was speed sensor wires since they are missing. But I have to sets of wires there.
