Default 2jzgte aristo swap mount bracket clarification

I've seen the threads regarding this topic but there is a bunch of jibber jabber about who's right and who's wrong, worse than the Trump debates, no straight answers. So someone please tell me if my 94 tt supra mounts will work with the supra engine mount bracket 1231146041 and 1231546041?? I'm swapping an aristo into a sc400. Spare me the I should of gone with an sc300, I picked this car up for 700.00 and it's super clean. Thank you for any help.

Right...but I have a sc400 and have the above mentioned brackets from 97 - 98 supra and the 95 all metal mounts. Are the brackets the same on a sc300 as the 98 supra?

97-98 supra brackets/mounts are the same as the SC300
93-96 supra brackets/mounts are different from the others

use your all metal mounts. btw you need a rear sump and a aristo is front sump.

Ok thanks guys. I had to grind of the alignment pin for the mounts to fit in the brackets, is that normal? I live by induction performance and they were the ones who advised me on this setup. I also have done the supra oil pan conversion. Next is ac delete kit from drift motion. I've already done a 77mm single turbo swap, new intake, 80mm throttle body and 750 top feed e85 injectors along with walbro 450 e85 pump. This is going to be a race setup car so any other input on what systems or sensors can be deleted would be great! Thanks again guys

You shouldn't need to grind the pins down at all.

Check out this thread https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-...or-mounts.html

Second post has a picture of the correct mounts and brackets.

The all metal mounts are from a 93-96 supra.
The bracket part #s you listed are from a SC/97-98 Supra.

So what part is wrong on my set up, will the brackets not work or will the mounts not work? If I keep my mounts what brackets will I need? I looked at that thread and it looks like more maybe maybe not, so I just need to know if my setup works and if not what will I need now? Thanks

Both brackets will bolt to the block. Just need the correct mounts to go with the brackets.

Keep your mounts use bracket # 12311-46090 and 12315-46090

Or

Keep your brackets and use mount # 12360-46111

Ran into another little problem...how the heck to you get the Intake side bracket off? Do you have to remove the oil filter housing?! If so, are the bolts located under the two different sized plugs?
