FM antenna routing
The oem antenna cable run from behind the radio up the passenger side A pillar across the roof lining and down the driver side rear qtr. panel to the trunk. Think there is a connection to a second antenna built into the rear glass at the top where the headliner is. If you pull down on the headliner along the rear glass in the middle you should see the cable.
I would suggest just running a new cable from the radio along the frame rail to the trunk.
