Differences between SC300 & SC400?

Differences between SC300 & SC400?

I know has the 2JZ-GE and the other has the 1UZ-FE but what other if any differences are there. I am looking to buy an SC and am trying to make a decision. I did a search but couldn't find any good info. Thanks
