Cali ECU Mod?
Replaced my ECU (leaking capacitors) with a junkyard unit that had already been repaired. Problem is It turned out to be a Cali ECU. (Didn't even cross my mind up here in Ohio). At any rate it keeps on throwing a check engine code for an oxygen sensor and disabling the traction control... and I'm about to need that traction control here in Ohio. As I understand its not seing an oxygen sensor that's supposed to be there. Is there some sort of resistor mod I can do in order to replicate the signal from the 02 sensor and clear the code?
Also some sponsor on here rebuilds ECU's, correct?

^^ Sadly yes. Throwing in a Federal ECU is the easiest way to go about curing the CEL issue.
To add the #3 O2 sensor to a Federal car is a pain (it's located at an awkward angle in the 2nd catalytic convertor). It does little more than monitor the cat temperature. There is no use of the #3 O2 sensor to control the engine.

So I have a Federal ECU, it has bad Caps. Cleaned up the board and it works 75% of the time, but it needs to be fixed. Isn't there a sponsor on here that I can send it too? Would rather pay the $50(?) then mess with it myself.
