Just left my local lexus dealer....they want 300 bucks for the negative battery cable.....

HELP! Anybody know where I can find one cheaper? thanks in advance

 

Just find some equivalent guage wire online and rewire it yourself. It doesn't have to be OEM

Try your local car audio store. You can install better aftermarket wires/terminals for much less then $300
You can probably redo your positive and negative cables PLUS run a power wire to the trunk for an aftermaket amp for less then $200.. or just the negative cable for around $30 or less

 

I have one can sell for 75 shipped.

 

Probably under $10...

2 ft of 4 awg wire - $3
4 awg crimp-on ring terminals with boots - $4
paying $7 for a $300 wire - priceless

Or you can get fancy shmancy screw on ring terminals for $10 or so. $22

If you need a place online to buy them, sounddomain.com is always good. I recommend Stinger HPM series power wire. Great quality, very flexible, and cheap! They have ring terminals and battery terminals too if you want those.

My bad, yeah probably under $10. I was thinking Stinger/Streetwires single/dual terminal ~$10-20 1/0Cable and crimps but unless you're putting in a high power audio system it would have been overkill.

 

Kryto, What ever happen to sending my stock radio back to me!!! (Its been over a year) Use a GS ground cable its cheaper.
