Default Aftermarket Amplifier Wiring

Hi everyone! I'm installing a new aftermarket headunit and amplifier and need some advise. Can I use the factory speaker wires before the factory amp for the aftermarket?

Seems logical but just wanted to check.

I've done several searches and didn't come up with anything, thanks for you time.

I have already done this to my car....you need to look up the wiring diagrams for the factory amp.....then you will know what wires to use for.....power, ground, and speakers...

Thanks for the response! I have the diagram, just want to be sure it was okay to use the factory wires just before the amp or run new wires from the headunit.

If you have a new headunit and amp why not just run all new speaker wires?

Just seems easier not to with the factory amp in the trunk.
