Are there any modifications needed to use a jdm tt harness on my 96 sc300 5sp?

I'm trying to troubleshoot some gremlins and the harness/ecu is the only thing not fully replaced yet. Hoping I can change harness/ecu (jdm tt ecu) and see if my problems go away or if I have other issues.

*Yes I have seen other threads with people using the jdm tt harness but they always are in threads where they changed the injectors, intake, did turbo etc... I just want to replace my harness for now, no injectors, intake, etc...

 

what car did the jdm TT harness come from ... MKIV , ARisto , Soarer ? if it was a mkiv or aristo then body plugs are totally different and if not yet extended need to be... lots of work. Needed to be modified if you are keeping your stock 2jzGE setup.
