My driver seat is locked all the way back. It will not lock in the upright position. Any advice, don't want to spend tons of money to fix it and I need to drive my car to get to work. ect...

 

I'd guess its the switch or motor. You must pull the seat and test the motor and switch. Preferably with spares handy. I'm no expert but that seems logical to me.
If you have more money than time, buy a nicer, newer seat and call it an upgrade.
