Without destroying the panel? Remove the handle insert plastic, remove the gold screw, also manuever the seat to where you can remove the screws underneath the door handle on the panel itself. Pry between the upper window trim and the door panel being careful not to tear or crease or crack anything. Slowly but surely work your way along the top of the panel till you get to the right side, POp out as many of the door clips out as you can, wedge your arm in the door, pull the door lock cable and handle cable off, try pulling them as hard as you can. If that doesn't do it reach all the way into the door and play around with that rod that is on the actuator as it likely broke. Push it down real hard. If that doesn't work, spray it with lubricant, then get a second person to lock and unlock from the outside while you push the rod down as hard as you possibly can from the inside.
