Default Vary Strange Sound At Strange Times and Strange Stuff underhood(pics)

Ok here's the story, I guess my mom took my car to work at around 9pm and she said that it was making some funky sounds and when you turned the wheel it made a vibrating sound. So I get in and the car drives normally I am thinking (Woman) hehe. so I drive it all day noting I go on a date with a girl of mine and everything is fine I am thinking what the hell could of it been I take the car home and take my navigator because we are picking up a friend of mine and his girl. I come back some and go for a soda run the car has been sitting for about four hours and its Cold in the garage well not cold but around 65-75ish (From Vegas). I start it up and pull out of the garage and when I turn the wheel its a strange Vibrating sound turn TRAC off same **** Turn ECT power same **** turn O/D off same ****. I stick the Car in Neutral and rev the motor to about 3,4,5 and it seems to have an unnormal sound to it its like a slight Vibing sound. But not as bad as when you turn it its almost like something is rubbing on a belt or something when you accelerate. When you turn the wheel it makes a sound that comes from the motor not the wheels it seems like its coming from the top of it. I get to the Gas station and pop my hood and see some **** that kind of surprises me (I Don’t know a goddanm thing about cars by the way) So I see a few odd things I haven’t seen before.

PS the night before I took the car up to 150mpg racing some G35 on the 215 beltway and yes I won

Please tell me what you see that is unnormal and what it may be and if anyone has a picture of a stock 92 SC400 Engine please post it

Thank you, Chris

Also i didnt remove anything or uncover anything i just poped the hood and took some pictures didnt **** with anything at all.

Question

There should be a cover on the fuse box but that wouldn't cause any noise unless it came of and got down in the moving parts like belts or fans. I also notice that the cover on your computer test connection
is gone.

If you are getting a groaning, buzzing noise only when you turn the steering wheel, check your power steering fluid level - if it is low enough, the pump will ingest air and get noisy. If it's low, top it up and drive for a day or two, then check it again - it will take a while to purge all the air.

If the fluid level is low, you have a leak - get it fixed soon before your alternator fails - -

Read the FAQ's do a search for power steering noise, do a search for noise, consider getting a complete tuneup and change the plugs.
