Universal Bosch O2 sensor wiring
My O2 sensor got mangled in my stock header so when i put the XERD header in i needed a new one. The plug n play variant is literally 40 dollars more expensive than the universal one AND autozone does not stock it. therefore, I got the universal and wired it up. Here's the skinny: I've had it for 2 weeks now with a whole tank of gas used and it works.
FIRST AND FORECMOST: DO NOT USE SOLDER!

Here is the Bosch wiring chart. The Type B applies to us.

These are the colors you match.
Stock -> Universal
white -> gray
Blue -> Black
black-> white
black-> white
I haven't used the "smartlink" connector becase i already used crimps before buying the sensor. it comes with a connector.

nice guide for the o2, I use the denso ones and I like to use a universal at some point cause you can extend the o2 wiring when installing, usually that means I can route it a little better or have more room to work as factory there is not much slack.
