Has anyone ever seen or done a flashing brake light mod to their third brake light before? I always think about it whenever I'm behind someone who has it, and I feel like it actually would be a lot safer to have. I've been kind of paranoid ever since I was rear ended in my friends car a while back haha. From Kahtec, their best kit is about $40 I think. Or there are other companies, or other cheap things you can buy, but I think putting in the 'splitter' from Kahtec to your third brake light would look the best (if it's possible?). Any thoughts?

 

just get the cheapest thing you can find and hook it up, it's a very simple thing and all of them will work the same. unless you want fancy programmable stuff that will hallucinate those behind you to never rear end you.

 

I may buy one of them in a month or so, have some other things on the sc that need attention first. I've just never seen an sc with it
