Default Original Cluster Needles

Just curious to see if anyone still has their original cluster needles fully working? My mom passed along her mint 92 SC400 to me not too long ago and the needles shockingly still work. The Speedometer needle starts to get a dark spot after 30+ min of driving, as seen in the picture, but otherwise they work fine. Most every other one I've seen has multiple needles out and the back lighting is dark.

Yeap i'm in the same boat as you. 93 SC400 with 110k on her. First got it and 0-60 mph was "out". Jumped on the forum to see what was up and after a couple pages into it I decided to tap on the dash above the speedometer and boom, lights came back on and havent gone out since

WOW. Nope. Mine are quite dead. After Lextech "fixed" them they're twice as dead as before.

On my '92 SC3 the cluster needles are similar to the OP with working most of the time but the black voids pop up and will come and go.....

Here is a fuzzy iPhone pic that was taken right before the car turned 200K.... The needles are good in this pic.....
