I have just dismantled and rebuilt my active suspension struts on my 4,0 V8 soarer and am having real trouble!! I didnt disturb the bottom nitrogen filled parts, just replaced all the seals in the top hydraulic part!
Since the rebuild i inadvertently over filled my suspension. Upon checking the fluid it was filled with air , we bled them several times, ( dont know if we did this correctly, is there a specific procedure?) But the suspension pump is now as noisy as hell and there is knock from the front left hand side by the front wheel every 15 seconds or so, And the suspension is wallowing a lot!
Anyone got any ideas ??
