something never been done to the headlights
sorry, been too busy with work and financial stuff. probably in the spring i'll have updates. weather sucks and i can't work inside my parents house on the lights. once i move out i'll have updates.
here's the model for anyone that is interested.
as you can see i stretched it quite a bit and just slimmed it down in general, i'm trying to bring the cost down of it now.
as you can see i moved the second beam over quite a bit, inside the light it was being blocked by the first light and also touching the lens with its top corner, which i want no contact at all with the lens unlike the stock headlight housing has.

i also rotated the entire piece around the mounting area, if you look back at the front facing photo, the 3D printed piece rises towards the right side because the angle of it was wrong, so i rotated it clockwise 2 degrees and you can see it compared to the flat reference line.

here is a top image showing how much more room is between the 2 pieces and the reduction of plastic in the middle.
