AC Line Question

AC Line Question
16 goes from the top of the compressor to near the driver's wheel well. Currently if I try to charge up the AC system, it simply vents out where 16 ends. What line am I missing?

if i'm not mistaken it goes to the dryer/filter who is under your battery on the drivers side , replace the filter/dryer every two years or with a ac service , mine still had the original filter

Unfortunately, this is not the missing part. The drier is about a foot forward and a few inches upward of this line's ending position.
