Hello everyone,

I am Shawn, I have been on your boards reading, and I have gotten ALOT of info from this place and I LOVE IT I am glad soo many of us LOVE our Toyota's / Lexus's... When I was looking for a car it took me about 1 wk to make up my mind I wanted a a SC, and then for the next past 3 months I looked at prob 6 to 7 diff ones and was calling dealerships and checking to see if they had gotten any in. Then about 3 wks ago I found one that was a 92 Dark Green with 80k miles on it. The guy was looking to see it for 11k and I got him down to 7500.. I was REALLY HAPPY I thought I would never get one, the car is NOT PERFECT but I had plans for it when/IF I got one and the stuff that is wrong is not major and I was looking to do stuff with that area of the car so it was not a big deal to me... The driver seat has a small hole in it but when it warms up I will be getting a leather kit and fixing the hole and cleaning up all the leather. and the next thing that is wrong is the paint, the guy had kids and they must have played around the car because there is light marks all over, but I was looking at getting BOMEX SC kit and at that time I was going to have it painted.. I have been reading about all the little things here and there that you can do to clean up the car to make it look better, and once it STOPS snowing here in Columbus I will be spending alot of time with my new baby agian I just wrote this as a little backgroup on me and to let you all know where I was coming from and that you all would be see alot more of me Sorry for the LONG post hehe but thank you all for taking the time to read this and if you want to know anything just ask ...........

Its a auto, I have a 92 Nissan 240sx that I drive also but I got a new position at work and I drive farther and I didn't want to put that much ware and tear on the 240 so I decided to get another car. A winter car, but I am loving the Lexus too much so I will have to drive them both in the summer hehe. But since it was going to be a winter / now more driven car then the 240 I wanted to get a auto, plus the 3 months I was looking for a SC I only saw like 2 manuals in like 75 sq mile of me and they were not in the greatest of shape and had ALOT of miles on them....
