hey guys,

so i've read that the Camry throttle cable is pretty much required for doing a 1JZ swap on the SC but it is a bit long now that i put it in there. how did you guys route it and modfiy the throttle bracket to be able to bolt it on?

Different application, but on my NA-T setup we tried various throttle cable options. None of them were satisfactory to us in the end, so we decided to just run a Lokar cable. Worked great, wish we would have just gone that route to begin with.

 

hmm interesting, i may have to look into something like that as well if i can't figure out a good solution. i really need a different throttle cable bracket too.. time to go to junkyard and buy a bunch of different toyota throttle bits i guess. lol.

how did you attach the lokar cable to the gas pedal? that connection is different from the OEM
