I need a KEY made ... ?

I'm sure many of you are rich. I am not. I will not be frequenting the dealership, for any reason, at any time.
I have many questions, of course, but let's begin with this one - lol. I have only one key. It has a button that is supposed to lock/unlock but the battery is long dead. I also found the "master key" in the glove box.
Does anyone know a realistic place to get another key with the lock/unlock and how to "program" the new key to the car?
