Toyota Supra dash in Lexus SC300/400
I was wondering if the dash from a MkIV Toyota Supra would fit in a Lexus SC300/400. I am about to start a build on my SC, but I like to Supra dash better than the stock Lexus one.

Supras aren't always classy. I've seen some really bad ones too. The type of car people choose doesn't necessarily tell what kind of people owns it. It's like this whole Honda craze going on. There are some really really good ones going around, with plenty of power too, but they spend thousands of dollars to achieve that. Then there are these, ugh, individuals, but most of them, who buy a Honda, put in some parts from Autozone or whatever and act like they own a $100k sports car.
And most Supra guys spent a lot already to even acquire one to begin with. Then you have guys here who get an SC for $1000 or less, that's completely run down to the ground, and complain on a $500 tune up parts. This is no way knocking on anybody in this situation, I understand that times are hard right now, but c'mon man, does that make any sense? But anyways, my opinions don't matter. Lol

I apologize, I wasn't talking about any particular person, just the community in general. I myself have been guilty of this myself, but it's a learning process. I always have very high respect for people doing the maintenance or performance before anything else. And again I'm not knocking on anybody with a beat up SC with high hopes for it someday, or if you daily your SC and can't get anything fixed because something always breaks down in the process. I'm talking more about the mindset that some people have towards a used 20 year old luxury coupe expecting it to be top notch like a brand new car.
But in response to what you said first, I know a lot of people look for performance or power, but when Lexus first came out that was not their objective and performance in power was not what embodied the brand. They were really aiming for a luxury barge with bulletproof dependability where the over-engineering came from which was unheard of during that time. Lexus is just venturing into performance based cars in the last 2-3 years.
