Default fuel pump upgrade for more nitrous?

Hey guys, so here's my question. I have a wet kit installed on my '97 sc400 and i'm running a 100 shot of nitrous right about now. Now my friend who works at a car place tells me he doesn't think that the lex can handle a 125+ shot without being in kind of a gray area for danger. So I was thinking on installing a fuel pump in order to be able to up the shot. What are your thoughts and does anyone know any websites or companies that make good/cheap ones? Also, can anyone tell me what they have run on their sc's for a quarter mile etc.? Thanks guys.

Probably wouldn't go too far past 125.. that would take it to the 325 area.. which I believe was as high as the supercharger crowd were going on stock compression ratio without trouble. Figure NOS as well intercooled forced induction, and there you go. Just be real careful of your AFR and I would expect you'd be OK... I think?

125hp is touching the area where I would recommend you upgrade. NOS makes a Mustang kit that fits the SC4, and they have an upgrade for it which has an inline pump you can use on the Lexus, but if it were me i'd use a MKIII Turbo pump, you'll need to tweak the sending unit a bit. Just take it easy, the short block is strong, but CR is a little over 10:1 depending on year, and there's no way to back timing out of it w/out a standalone (or piggyback programmed for your needs), so at least try to run some CAM2 unleaded 100 octane, or spike the tank with some 112, but keep an eye on 02 sensor life...

if you can find a Super-ITC like i did; it would be great for nitrous...

but a Walbro 255 pump is an easy install away; they are available on a popular auction site for $85 new
