I would compression test then tune-up then slap a turbo on it. oh wait that's what I do with all my cars
300k just means its broken in already, probably has another 2-300k to go.

instead of coming up with pointless witty remarks try reading all the info everyones giving you so maybe you won't have that 117hp motor. Did you get your compression test done yet?

whats the difference between dyno and compression? is that where you plug a line into the vacuum?
does your car small rich of gas after you drive it. you probably just have a coil that went out or something simple. 1uz's don't just loose that much power from age, in fact they are the one engine that is bulletproof in n/a form unless you never change the oil. especially since yours is a 92, it probably just needs a little troubleshooting.
the coil test aren't hard and if thats your problem you will double the power you are making, not to mention gas mileage.
dyno will just tell you how much you are making now power wise.
a compression test is where they remove the spark plugs and turn the motor over, and see how well it seals on each cylinder. this will let you know if your engine is in good shape or not, and if it is in good shape and you are making that power, it would be something like a coil or electronic that went out. sometimes the ecu;s on these cars also go bad and need to be fixed, I would check the coils first though and rule those out.
no 1uz should be making that little power, please fix it before swapping it and then put the intake and headers on there and you will really enjoy it.
