Default 95 sc400 A/C probles

So today i fixed a refrigerant leak on my sc400, i put the system on a vacuum and it held. Weighed in the refrigerant (30oz of r134) and the compressor will not come on by itself. I can jump the clutch out and it will pump and make nice cold air, but i get no 12vdc to the compressor without the jumper. I have tested the psi switch on the hi side line but i dont see one for the lo side. Can anyone provide some wiring diagrams/schematic of the a/c circuit? Im blind without a wiring diagram

Thanks

Did you change out the receiver dryer? How long did you hold the vacuum, hour?

Stock SC400?

No motor swap or wiring harness?

put on vacuum for an hour, all factory with no mods. Cant see the dryer being a problem b/c it will cool with the compressor jumpered to 12vdc. Im having an electrical problem and not a refrigerant problem

thanks

Ok checked the codes on the climate control and came up with 21 (Solar Sensor open circuit) Will this prevent the a/c from not working at all? from what ive read if its failed it will only cool on low speed if the circuit is open/short. this is not my case because the the fan will go to all speeds but with no compressor cooling
