Cigarette lighter wiring diagram?

Does anyone have this, or can anyone tell me which is power and ground on the cigarette lighter? I have so much stuff removed from the car that I can't just reconnect battery and use a voltmeter on it.

blue/red is 12v+ switched, and IIRC green/white is ground...double check the ground, but Im positive on the 12v
