Exclamation 92 Sc300 Running light problem

Whats up CL
okay so i did a crap load of searching and found a bunch of threads with no answers new to CL btw.. Sooo i am hoping i can get the answers that i want/need.. Ok so here it goes, picked up a 92 sc300 a couple days ago and i noticed that the running lights do not work, my brake lights, reverse lights, blinkers work.. its just the night time lights that keep on red that do not work, have any of my fellow SC drivers had this problem?? and if so how did you fix it, i checked fuses and relays but the lights are getting no power what so ever..

Which fuses did you check? The ones in the driver side kick panel or under the hood or both? Did you use a tester to see if any of the outputs at the bulb housing is receiving 12 volts?

I Know This Is A Dumb Question But Do They Not Work In Either On Or Auto? If You Have A Volt Meter Or Test Light (With Key In On, Headlights In On(Not Auto). Check For Voltage At The Light Socket. If 12V Is There It's The Bulb, If Less Then 12V But You Are Getting Voltage You Have A Bad Ground Or Corrosion Somewhere Along The System. If No Voltage Check The Relay(The Relay Will Have The Diagram On It). If No Voltag Or Little Out Of The Relay You Have A Bad Relay(A Relay Uses Voltage Coming In To Create An Magnetic Field Which Then Flips A Switch). If No Voltage Going To The Relay Check The Fuse(Should Be Self Explanatory At This Point). If No Voltage To The Fuse Then You Will Have To Check The Switch Itself.
