I did not like the price they charged me I'm happy though that it fits perfect. I'm expecting vibrations on this one piece driveshaft, I'm hoping nothing bad in a long run.

Salamat to you. I would to do this again if i could. I had fun tearing this engine apart, never done it before but with the help of TSRM and members here, it was a piece of cake. I wish i could go all out with parts but i have a budget on this, unlike this guy here, I'm not gonna say who, buying SCs and tearing it apart haha.

a good no-worry fix would be cutting the nipple off..tapping and screwing a bolt on with a dab of loctite. Or pulling the nipple out completely with vice grips..then tap the hole and plug with a bolt.

It was done locally, second time went there for welding and he does an excellent job. Machine-like welding but done by hand. Unexpectedly $200 but oh well

I was gonna put this Greddy catch can in the place of the charcoal canister but changed my mind.

Instead, I modified the thing.

Dennis - is that catch can baffled ? If yes , aren't you defeating its purpose by laying it on its side and be blowing the collected oil out of that filter ?

I don't think it is baffled. Nothing inside i'm pretty sure. I washed it on the sink after tapping it for the breather. Looks like a empty can.
