First, thanks for letting me join your excellent site. Now to the point.
I am looking to buy a 1993 Lexus SC400 from an individual for $1,000.
It has:
200,000 miles
crashed left front 1/4 panel
needs paint job
front seats ragged-out.
good running condition

Offer 500 or keep moving.

You can get one that will need less work for around 2500. Getting the bodywork done right will be 3-4k on that car plus 500+ for interior.
