Default Is this BS?

I've had my '96 SC400 for about a month and a half, and looking for ANYTHING in the range of performance upgrades. I stumbled upon this item on ebay, claiming 20hp gain, blah blah blah. (click here ). I know there's not much out ther for our cars, and i was just wondering if you guys have heard of this thing, or if you have any insight on the topic. Let me know what you know, and if its even worth bothering with it.
Thanks

Qtips cost more than this thing... I'm guessing it will do one of 3 things..

It will either Booste your HP well over 300 above stock, Lower your car 2", add a Autocontour kit, replace thoughs stock 16s with 19 Racingharts, add 3" exhaust, and a retrofitted turbo kit

or

It will cause your car to burst into flames

or

it will do NOTHING because its only 0.01 cent!

It think it will do the first one!

LOL, if this is true, Lexuspros would have gone out of business. A resistor for 20+hp?? . Excuse me, i have to run to Radio Shack now.. . Circuitry are wonderful for how they works, a different jumper connection setting could have change a whole new meaning of function for that particular circuit. But i still don't believe one resistor could yield all this gain. Especially with the pros from Lexuspros.com were doing the modification on the ECU, i dont' think that they missed out this resistor.

Seriously...have you ever heard of "if it's too good to be true...."

If you buy that, I have a special lightweight Type-R aluminum (foil) intercooler for you to buy too....10,000 HP right off the bat (and that's BEFORE tuning!) with at LEAST 1,000,000 ft.lbs. of torque...and it will make your wheels look bigger too...
