Default no power to aem Help!

hey guys, im getting pretty close to wrapping up my build after two years! I went to plug in the AEM and attempt to fire her up and the AEM wouldn't connect to my computer. First thing i checked wre pin 31 and 80 "power and ground" and seen the voltage was at 0v with key on, and resistance was O.L with battery disconnected. Im thinking that it has a bad ground. Has anyone ran into this problem? Does anyone know where the PCM gets its main ground from? also if anyone has any helpful tricks to what fuses or what i should check would be great! BTW this is the factory harness for the car running a built up NA-T. Thanks for the advice in advance!

Have you tried the AEM website in the forums section for possibly more guidance?

If you have Zero voltage on pin 31 and pin 80 , are you sure the two big plugs of the harness below or near the fusebox are connected and grounds connected ? if they are , are the fuses good ? Since you have stock harness , I assume there is nothing wrong on your harness.

Well I know its not getting power to the pcm at all. That's why I thought I would ask here first. so we could act like im not running aem at all. I checked the connectors and the fuses and everything looks ok. Im still getting 0 volts on the connector to the PCM. I noticed on the diagram that the pcm grounded to the intake manifold/head but I have it grounded at the chassis because of my new setup I couldn't find a place yet. Could it make a difference from grounding it from the motor or the chassis?
