Pulling the trigger on 19x10 +15 all around
I'm a forum vet, and aside from the search button, I've lost hours in the wheel thread. To boot, you can easily post in the wheel thread and never get any feedback or your post gets lost, so I'm making a thread to get real feedback. Hope that's cool.
There are so many conflicting positions on fitment, which I gather is mostly due to different peoples perceptions of what a "difficult fitment" is. Having ran a relatively low offset on my previous GS, I really wanted something that looked great low. The wheels I want (puts on flamesuit) are the XXR 531 (CCW Classic clones) in 19". They only come in the following:
19x8.5 +15 or +35 2" lip
19x10 +15 or +35 3" lip
19x11 +15 3.5" lip
Good looking wheels for clones.
I don't want to lose 1" on the lip to run staggered as 2" is pretty small as is, so I wanted to maximize the front. As far as rear, I knew the 19x11 was out the window, at least if I want to do not much more than an aggressive roll (or shave) which I'm fine with. I just want to avoid a pull.
So after looking at countless profile pics, the best I could find that fits my goals was this post:
I've done the math and 19x10 +15 is only 3mm more in the front and 3mm in the rear. That's only 0.11811". Not bad, considering CalitriSC's car doesn't appear to have aggressive bodywork done, aside from a decent drop to accommodate the offset. Does anyone else have feedback on similar numbers? I would likely run the same 235/265 tire combo as well with a wire relocation and roll up front and a shave out back. The front stretch will help a bit while the back might end up slightly taller with a a .5" less to stretch the tire but I don't think it will be too bad.
Thanks for reading my wall of text!

Not yet, but the discounts on preorder essentially gets you one for free. 18's are in stock now so 19's shouldn't be too far back. Considering that the car above was a 9.5 front, I'll have half an inch stretch over his setup.

235mm = 9.25" so that will only be a small stretch of .75"
Out back, I can run a 255mm= 10.03" or 265mm=10.43"
I've never run staggered tire on identical wheel widths so I'm not sure what to expect.

i'm running 9.5+12 up front and have test fitted my next setup, 19x9.5+10 up front. -3.5 to -4 camber and something like 225/35's and you should be fine.
Not too sure about the 255's in back though. gl

i'm running 19x9 -1 up front with 235/35/19 goodyear eagle f1's. -4.3 camber. For the rears I am running 19x10 -1 with 255/35/19 Continental contact 3 with -3.2 camber. Hope this helps you in some way.

Yup that old set up i had was pretty easy to fit. Fenders were just rolled and natural camber from my drop. Seems like one thing your not factoring in though is widths of the wheels. If your comparing other set ups that are same offset but different widths that isn't gonna sit the same. For example I have 18x10 +15 up front right now. If I put a 18x9 +15 it would be sunken battle ship. For a 9" to sit the same as my 10" +15 it would have to be 9" -5 offset. I see people all the time just looking at offsets and not factoring widths. Just something to think about. Anyway if your rolled flat all around you should be fine.

Does that imply the wheel calculator at 1010tires.com is incorrect? It claims you'd need a 9" +2 to sit the same as your 10" +15. If the calculator is correct, the 3mm over your old setup should be easy.
