voltage cable
The shop called, says when they run tests on it, the voltage drops like 1.4 or 2.4 somthing and it is only supposed to drop a 1/10 or something, that cable kit that needs to be replaced is $290, and it takes about 1 hour to put in. That would explain the clock resetting when i try to start it, and that would explain the starter just ticking when i attempt to start it.
that could mean that the starter is fine, just not enough power is not getting to it. what do you guys think?
