passanger seat help!!!
i just bought my 92 sc300. im really sorry if this is confusing but im going to try and describe this as best as i can.
my passenger side seat is locked on the frame. but not from both sides. only the driver side. if that makes sense. the seat tilts. so i know the motor works.
so i took off the frame from the seat, and completely dissasembled the seat rail on the side that was locked. i didnt see anything wrong.
but what i did see, the rod from the motor that connects to the seat rail has a bearing that was a little bit out. but i dont think that was the whole problem. i just cant figure out how to find out what was wrong with it.
i directly powered the motor to see if it worked and it did without the stuck side seat rail. all the way forward and back.
any advice?

here is the seat without the bottom piece.

on the right side of the picture, which is the left side of the seat, is the rail that i took off to disassemble because it got stuck. the left side of the picture was the rail that did work. it moves forward and backward like its supposed to.

thats the seat rail that got stuck. i got most of everything apart on it except for the rod on the inside, the wheels, and the stopper. everything else is off.
now what i first started taking everything else apart. i saw that this piece...

had that bearing sticking out a little bit. but i dont think that caused the seat rail to get stuck.
so i directly powered the motor with jumper wires and a battery to see if everything worked with the bad rail off. and it did.

i even took out the sleeve a little to see if the shaft inside of the motor spun as well, and it did. everything worked fine. so that leaves me to believe that the rail is really just stuck and i dont know how to repair it. or whats simply wrong with it. because it moves now that its out. but its a little hard to move.
