Rear windshield wiper question. (Soarer)

Does the rear windshields wiper on a soarer use the same water reservoir as the font one? also... Is the pump the same pump or is there a separate pump? I have a leak on the pump and i'm wondering if i need to get a Jspec one or can i use the lexus one.
