Default Stereo question

I have a SC400 with a blown subwoofer. How do I get the package panel off to remove the speaker?

Cant that way to clear the bolts. Have to remove the rear seat. Bottom first then the top. Pry up on the speaker rear cover assembly itself. This goes all the way across the back window section. Then you can remove subwoofer. Four 10mm bolts. Unplug then reinstall.
