Blk&blus last 2nd to last post was on the money. At right around 400whp and beating the **** out of my car doing dig runs my trans is on it's last leg in a car 400lbs plus lighter than an sc. The 1-2 shift is gonna be the killer. If your goal is 1/4 mile go auto. Also, please dyno the car with the cams before and after the sheet metal intake. Also curious to see how long your stock bottom end lasts on this setup.
V160 if you wanna shift that -hit or a glide for racing on the cheap.
I have a fresh built glide for sale complete.!!!

Glad to see you took my advice on the way small rear housing the BW will be a little lower in the hp # but will make up for it in reliability compared to the PTE.
I would recommend you weld a 90 on that turbo before you start running 30+ psi.
Also the R154 does not like drag racing abuse and you will destroy it in very short order, (3200+# cars) and you will find clutches to support those #'s are pricey and hard to come by.
Also at the 8-900 mark on E-fuel your torque will be maxing out the stock rod very easily and then Main caps also become a serious concern.
Just trying to help.

Yes the hotside was the culprit indeed, and both turbos will have a welded 90, my r154 was sent to Marlin Crawler and i had there HD kit done to it so i will see how how it does. it's not some stock r154. if it blows ill be installing a v160 or a th400 more then likely a v160 as I dont drag too much, but i do from time to time. It's more of a fun street car so I'll most likely go v160.

Again I'm hoping the MC r154 I have does a good job, i'll see if it can posts some good times with her. If she pops v160 or th400 and Ill call her a day. Thanks for the replys and advice guys.

I had a complete R 154 MC tranny in 2006-2007 years and had pretty good success but the tranny will suffer a horrible demise on drag or even an ET street tire when it hooks and you will break the short axel in the SC with a auto diff Welded, the wheel hop is the killer.

How did the Harbor Freight tool work out ocmpared to other brands? It looked like it did the job without any issues.. Your wheel hop should prolly be gone for good for now.
