FRONT LIP SPoiler
The OEM lip (AKA SC400 lip) came on 92-94 SC400's ONLY. Any other year model or SC300 did not have it factory installed and most probably by a previous owner.
The lip on the ebay link can be done for about $8-$9. It is also called the "home depot lip" and have been done DIY style by a couple of people. Horent was one of them. Looks good IMO, and yes it is only a cosmetic mod and has nothing whatsoever to do with performance (the amount of air directed into the vents would be too minimal to even consider).
