Getting under the car for winter maintenance I noticed this cut hose a couple of weeks ago. It's line goes up and over the rack then disappears among the other lines and doesn't appear to be connected to anything! I called a friend who owns a 1993 SC400, he has the same cut hose there too! Can someone ID what it is?

 

It's for the A/C water drain.
