Ok well i got a SC 400 with a1 JZ engine swap. I recently put in a new alternator but for the past few weeks only 1 of my headlights are on sometimes they both comes on sometimes thet dont.
. And sometimes my speedometer stops working when I first had my car it was too low and the tires ate away the wires and everything was going haywire. I got it fixed and routed.

Check for loose grounds, wires and connectors. Double and triple check.
